As a comprehensive employment and training program, MHYC helps youth develop the skills they need to succeed in today's workforce. MHYC's rigorous program helps youth develop basic job readiness skills, a solid work ethic and a plan for their future. MHYC's Transition Coordinator works one-on-one with Corpsmembers to place them in jobs that lead to a variety of career paths beyond construction and landscaping. In addition, MHYC provides ongoing follow-up and support to ensure that they succeed in their new positions. Program alumni continue to utilize MHYC's placement services as they advance in their career path.
