Mile High Youth Corps partners with community-based organizations and federal, state, and city governments that are committed to developing sustainable communities.  We recruit and train passionate young adults, ages 18-24, and place them with employers able to provide meaningful career experiences.  Together, we complete conservation and community projects today and build a stronger workforce for tomorrow.

Build Opportunity Together

Partner with Mile High Youth Corps to invest in Colorado’s future workforce while creating meaningful opportunities for young adults.

MHYC corporate partnerships support paid service, education, career training, and hands on experience that help young adults build the skills, credentials, and confidence to launch meaningful careers. At the same time, Corpsmembers strengthen communities across Colorado through conservation, construction, and other high impact projects.

Partnership opportunities range from $1,000 to $25,000+ and include benefits such as recognition, employee volunteer opportunities, community engagement, and visibility across MHYC communications. We’re also happy to create a customized partnership aligned with a company’s goals and priorities.
