Mile High Youth Corps partners with community-based organizations and federal, state, and city governments that are committed to developing sustainable communities.  We recruit and train passionate young adults, ages 18-24, and place them with employers able to provide meaningful career experiences.  Together, we complete conservation and community projects today and build a stronger workforce for tomorrow.

Hire Us

Mile High Youth Corps crews are fully insured, trained and supervised by on-site crew leaders. Crews are prepared with the equipment and tools needed for most projects and ready to complete high quality work. Mile High Youth Corps rates, on average, are a cost savings of nearly 20% when compared to typical contractor rates.

Join the Employer Advisory Council (EAC)

Industry partners, including 40+ private sector and nonprofits serve on the Employer Advisory Council.  This council ensures MHYC career preparation aligns with industry-need and actively connects program graduates with employment opportunities.  The EAC also provides opportunities for Corpsmember to take tours and participate in job shadows and internships.

Mile High Youth Corps offers partners business-focused benefits for a full year, tailored to meet your needs. Sponsorship provides opportunities for youth to thrive through their service at the Corps. Whether they are partnering with local companies to build low-income housing while earning their high school diploma, educating residents about energy and water efficiency measures, or rebuilding your favorite trail that was devastated by flood or fire, your support will impact the entire community.
